What you really pay per biomarker
A $349 membership and a $149 test only compare once you divide by what you get. Lab-draw memberships win on price per marker. SiPhox wins on needles and frequency.
Our arithmetic from published prices and marker counts checked September 29, 2026. SiPhox Longevity: $124 first test + 3 x $149 = $571 for 124 results.

At-home tests by what you want to check
At-home blood testing: common questions
Are at-home blood tests accurate?
The testing is done by the same kind of certified lab (CLIA-certified, often CAP-accredited) that runs a doctor-ordered test. The difference is the sample: capillary blood from an arm device or finger prick can be smaller, and a few markers such as potassium and glucose are sensitive to collection. See are at-home blood tests accurate.
What is the best at-home blood test?
For a broad yearly baseline at a lab, Function Health gives the most markers per dollar. For testing at home without a needle, and for retesting every month or quarter, SiPhox Health is our top pick. Full ranking: best at-home blood tests.
How much does an at-home blood test cost?
Single-marker kits start around $30 to $50. SiPhox Health is $124 per test plus $25 shipping for 14 to 31 biomarkers, or $274 all-in for 62. Compare services with our cost per biomarker calculator.
