SiPhox Health review (2026): the needle-free home blood test, compared with the alternatives

SiPhox Health is the best option we have found if you want a broad blood panel without a needle and without leaving the house. The default Longevity Essentials panel covers 31 biomarkers, including the heart markers most standard physicals skip (ApoB, Lp(a) and hs-CRP), and the membership lets you retest every month, three months or six months while switching panels as you go.

It is not the cheapest way to get a very large number of markers once a year. Function Health and Superpower give you around 150 to 160 markers a year for $349 to $365, but that is a venous draw with a needle, usually at a Quest lab or with a phlebotomist who comes to you. SiPhox wins on convenience and on how often you can test; the lab-draw memberships win on raw markers per dollar.

SiPhox Health panels and prices

SiPhox sells one membership billed per test. Every test includes one EasyDraw kit for one panel. Four panels are included in the base price and you can switch between them each time; two larger panels cost extra per test. Prices below were read from SiPhox's pricing pages on September 29, 2026.

• Base price: $124 per test plus $25 US shipping ($50 to Canada), so $149 per test all-in.
• First test: SiPhox advertises $99 plus shipping for new members, then renewals at $124 plus shipping.
• How often: you choose monthly, quarterly or every six months, and it renews automatically on that schedule until you cancel.

How the SiPhox EasyDraw test works

1. Order and pick a panel. No doctor's referral is needed. The kit ships within about 3 days and arrives in 3 to 5.
2. Prepare. Drink about 16 oz of water 20 to 60 minutes before, warm up with some light exercise, and hold the included heat pack on your arm for 4 minutes.
3. Collect. Stick the EasyDraw on the outside of your upper arm, roughly ten finger-widths below the top of the shoulder, and press the lever. Blood starts to flow within 30 to 90 seconds. Remove it when the tube is three-quarters full or after 5 minutes. Bigger panels include more than one device and every device in the kit must be used.
4. Ship it cold, overnight. The kit includes a cold pack and an insulated mailer. Drop it at a staffed FedEx location the same day, Monday to Thursday before 4pm. FedEx drop boxes are not allowed.
5. Get results. SiPhox quotes 7 to 10 days after the lab receives the sample. You get an email, a dashboard in the app and a downloadable PDF.

Step by step: what the EasyDraw kit looks like

SiPhox publishes photos of the kit and the app, and its instruction pages list every item in the box. Here is what arrives and what each part is for, based on SiPhox's EasyDraw instructions and partner kit list.

2. Putting the device on

Plan the day first: you must drop the kit at a staffed FedEx location the same day, Monday to Thursday before 4pm local time, so put the cold pack in the fridge the night before and collect in the morning. Then:

1. Drink about 16 oz of water 20 to 60 minutes before and do a few minutes of light exercise.
2. Hold the heat pack on the outer upper arm for 4 minutes, then clean the spot with the alcohol pad and let it dry.
3. Place the device about ten finger-widths below the top of the shoulder, press it firmly and push the lever. The button turns green.
4. Watch the tube: blood should appear within 30 to 90 seconds. Take the device off when the tube is three-quarters full or after 5 minutes, whichever comes first.
5. If the kit has a second or third device, repeat with a fresh tube on a new spot.

3. Shipping it back

Cap the tube, seal it in the specimen bag with the collection card, pack it in the silver bag with the chilled cold pack, and take the prepaid mailer to a staffed FedEx counter. Drop boxes are not allowed, because the sample must travel overnight while it is still cold. One customer on Reddit reports being told of a 12-day collection window before a kit is treated as unreliable, and another Trustpilot reviewer complained the expiry date is not printed on the kit, so use it within a few days of arrival rather than leaving it in a drawer.

4. Reading the results

You get an email when results are ready, usually 7 to 10 days after the lab receives the sample. Each marker is shown against a reference range and an "optimal" band, grouped by body system, with a trend line once you have more than one test. The PDF export lists the values in a table you can hand to your doctor, which is the step we recommend for anything flagged high or low.

What the Longevity Essentials panel measures

This is the default panel and the one most people start with. SiPhox counts 31 biomarkers per test, including calculated ratios; some markers are measured only for men or only for women.

Two things stand out. First, ApoB and Lp(a) are included by default; both are recommended by recent cardiology guidance but are rarely on a routine physical. Second, there is no fasting insulin, glucose, homocysteine or kidney and liver panel on this one. If you want kidney and liver markers, switch to Heart & Metabolic for a test, or pay for Ultimate 360 once a year.

Accuracy and the lab

SiPhox says samples are analyzed by CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited partner labs and that its tests show a 95% to 99% correlation with standard venous draws, based on in-house comparisons against Labcorp and Quest run every quarter. It does not name the lab, and we could not find a peer-reviewed study of the EasyDraw device itself. SiPhox's own accuracy page notes that concordance can vary by biomarker.

There is independent evidence that this style of device works. A 2025 study of Labcorp's similar upper-arm vacuum device collected about 538 microliters on average and found 17 of 19 common chemistry tests within CLIA accuracy limits, with glucose and potassium the exceptions. That is one reason we like that SiPhox leaves glucose off the EasyDraw panels and uses HbA1c instead.

Results, app and follow-up

Results land in a web dashboard and an iOS app (rated 4.8 from 80 ratings on the US App Store). You get scores by body system, a personalized action plan, supplement suggestions, an AI assistant called Sai, and the option to upload results from other labs and sync more than 300 wearables.

No doctor reviews your results by default. SiPhox describes itself as a wellness service that does not diagnose or treat disease. A results review with a health expert costs $50 per test, and a one-off coaching call is $50. People on the Heart & Metabolic panel who want medication management can opt in to an independent telehealth group in covered states.

What customers say

On September 29, 2026 SiPhox had a 4.7 out of 5 rating from about 950 Trustpilot reviews: 84% five-star and 8% one-star. The praise is consistent: painless collection, a helpful live collection call, and a clear dashboard. Needle-phobic buyers are especially positive.

Two cautions about that score. Many recent five-star reviews name the live collection coach, which suggests reviews are requested right after the call, before results arrive. And a 4.7 average still means roughly 76 one-star reviews out of 950 (our arithmetic from the 8% share), so the complaints below are not rare one-offs.

SiPhox vs the alternatives

The chart shows the trade clearly. Per result, the lab-draw memberships are about half the price of SiPhox, because they test 150 to 160 markers at once. SiPhox's price per result is in the same band as Everlywell 360 and well under InsideTracker, and it is the only one of these that is both needle-free and broad. If you would retest the same 30 markers four times a year anyway, compare the ApoB or HbA1c readings you get, not the total marker count: four readings on SiPhox versus two on Function Health or Superpower.

Who should buy SiPhox Health

• Buy it if you hate needles or cannot easily get to a lab, you want to track a few key numbers (ApoB, HbA1c, testosterone, thyroid) more than once or twice a year, or you are on a treatment that needs regular monitoring, such as GLP-1 medication or TRT.
• Skip it if you want the most markers for the least money once a year and do not mind a lab draw (look at Function Health), you need results in two days, or you live in New York or Hawaii.
