Home Blood Test Guide is an independent website about at-home blood testing in the United States. We explain what each service actually measures, what it costs per biomarker once shipping and renewals are counted, how the sample is collected, and what the numbers on your report mean.

Why this site exists

Direct-to-consumer lab testing has grown fast and the information about it has not kept up. Most reviews we read while researching this site described kits that no longer exist, quoted prices that had changed, or were written by one of the companies being compared. We built this site to keep one place current: prices checked on a stated date, biomarker lists taken from each company's own pages, and every claim linked to its source.
