Lab-draw memberships cap the number of draws: Function Health and Superpower include two a year, Everlywell 360 one. If you pick more tests than a service offers, the calculator shows the most it includes and marks it. SiPhox, InsideTracker and Rythm charge per test, so their cost scales with how often you test.

How we calculate

  • SiPhox Health: $124 per test plus $25 shipping, plus the panel upgrade if you choose Ultimate 360 (+$125) or GLP Optimization (+$75). The optional first-test offer takes $25 off the first test.
  • Function Health and Superpower: the yearly membership, with the marker count each company publishes for a full year (two draws). We count every result, so a marker tested twice counts twice.
  • InsideTracker: $489 for the first Ultimate test including membership, then about $340 for each further test.
  • Rythm Health: about $100 per test with shipping for 27 to 28 markers.
  • Everlywell 360: $399 a year for one lab draw with 83 markers.

Marker counts include calculated ratios where the company counts them. Read our review method, the SiPhox cost guide and the full comparisons.

Frequently asked questions

What is cost per biomarker?

The total you pay in a year, including shipping, memberships and renewals, divided by the number of biomarker results you receive in that year. It puts a $349 yearly membership and a $149 single test on the same scale.

Why does SiPhox cost more per biomarker than Function Health?

Function Health and Superpower bundle 150 to 160 markers into two lab draws a year, which spreads a $349 to $365 fee thinly. SiPhox charges per test and each test covers 14 to 62 markers, so it costs more per marker but lets you test at home and as often as monthly.

Is a repeat result worth as much as a new marker?

It depends on your goal. If you are tracking a number you are trying to change, such as ApoB, HbA1c or testosterone on treatment, repeat results are the point. If you want a one-off broad screen, unique markers matter more.

Can I download the data?
