A SiPhox discount code or promo code saves you $25 to $50 on your first test. The list price is $124 per test plus $25 shipping. These are the routes that are real:

The $99 first test for new members

SiPhox's comparison pages and its April 2026 pricing article both advertise the first test at "$99 for new customers, then renews at $124 + $25 shipping". That is $25 off, or about 20%, and it is the simplest offer because it needs no code from anyone else.

One catch: the homepage headline shows $124, and we could not confirm that the $99 price is applied automatically on every route into checkout. Look at the order summary before you pay. If it shows $124, a creator or referral link is the way to get the discount.

The saving is on the first test only. Every renewal after that is $124 plus $25 shipping, on whatever cadence you choose. The SiPhox Health review covers whether the membership is worth keeping after the first test.

Creator and partner pages (about 20% off)

SiPhox runs more than 100 landing pages for podcasters, doctors, nutrition writers and fitness creators. Its affiliate program offers partners custom landing pages and "unique discount offers". The ones we could see offered about 20% off the membership, which takes the $124 test to about $99, the same as the new-member price.

We do not list these codes here. They belong to the creators who negotiated them, they change without notice, and SiPhox blocks its discount URLs from search engines. If you already follow a health podcaster or doctor who works with SiPhox, their page is a legitimate route. Do not expect it to beat the $99 new-member price by much.

SiPhox referral code: $50 off

Existing members get a referral link to share. Public referral posts dated August 17 and September 4, 2026 advertise $50 off for the friend who uses it. Earlier posts from February 2026 offered 25% off, so the referral reward has changed at least once this year.

If the $50 comes off the $124 membership on your first test, as the posts describe, your first kit costs $74 plus $25 shipping, $99 all-in. That is the biggest single first-test saving we could document, $25 more than the new-member offer. If you know a current member, ask them for their link. We could not confirm that the referral saving stacks with the $99 intro, so assume it does not.

HSA and FSA: the biggest saving

SiPhox says every test is HSA and FSA eligible, and it will send an itemized receipt if your card is declined. HSA and FSA money goes in before federal income tax (IRS Publication 969), so paying with the card saves you your marginal tax rate on every test, not just the first. Here is what that is worth at the 22% and 32% federal brackets:

What SiPhox codes do not cover

• Add-ons. Many add-ons are flagged in SiPhox's checkout data so that coupons do not apply to them. Assume a code only reduces the base $124 membership, not a $45 CBC, a $70 IGF-1 or the $50 add-on packs.
• Shipping. Every offer we found reduced the membership price. Shipping stayed at $25 in the US and $50 in Canada.
• Renewals. Intro, creator and referral offers are first-test offers. Renewals are $124 plus shipping.
• Refunds. A discounted kit is still non-refundable once it ships.

Which SiPhox offer should you use?

Only one first-test offer is likely to apply, so pick the one that fits your situation. The HSA or FSA card goes on top of any of them.

For most readers the answer is the new-member price plus an HSA card: about $97 to $84 in real terms for the first test at the 22% and 32% brackets, with nothing to hunt for.

How to apply a SiPhox discount

1. Start from the right link. Referral codes travel inside the link itself, in a ?discount= parameter on siphoxhealth.com. Creator offers start from the creator's own SiPhox page. Typing siphoxhealth.com into your browser gives you whatever the site offers new members that day.
2. Choose your panel and cadence. The discount applies to the membership, so an upgrade to Ultimate 360 or an add-on raises the total by the full upgrade price.
3. Read the order summary. You should see the membership reduced by $25 to $50 and shipping still at $25. If the membership still shows $124, the code did not apply.
4. Pay with an HSA or FSA card if you have one. SiPhox will send an itemized receipt if the card is declined.
5. Write down the renewal date. The next kit is charged at $124 plus $25, and a shipped kit is not refundable.

One reason codes seem hard to find: SiPhox's robots.txt tells search engines not to crawl its ?discount= links. Real codes are passed person to person or through partner pages, not through search results, which is exactly why coupon sites fill the gap with invented ones.

Coupon sites claiming 50 to 80% off

Several coupon aggregator sites rank for this search with claims such as "23 live codes", "55% off" or "80% off SiPhox". We found no evidence that any SiPhox offer that large exists. The largest discounts on SiPhox's own pages and in dated referral posts are $50 off, or about 20% to 25%.

These sites usually scrape expired codes or list generic sitewide sales that do not apply. At best the code fails at checkout. At worst you are sent through a chain of redirects to a page that is not SiPhox's. Buy on siphoxhealth.com and check the order summary shows the price you expect. A quick test for any code you find: a real SiPhox offer is either on siphoxhealth.com itself, on a named creator's or doctor's SiPhox landing page, or in a referral link from someone who is a member. It should cut the membership by roughly $25 to $50 and leave shipping at $25. Anything promising half price or more, or asking you to sign up somewhere else first, is not worth your time.

The switch from 25% to $50 off made referrals better: 25% of the $124 membership is $31, so the current $50 is worth $19 more. If you see a SiPhox offer quoted as a percentage with no date, it is probably one of the older ones.

Paying the least: a worked example

Say you want a core panel every 3 months for the first year and you have an HSA. List price is $149 x 4 = $596.

The best route takes the first year from $596 to about $371.28 in real terms at a 32% tax rate. The code is worth $25 to $50 of that; the HSA does the rest. Other ways to spend less on SiPhox

Codes only touch the first test. Over a year, these choices matter more:

• Pick a slower cadence. A core panel every 6 months costs $298 a year; every 3 months costs $596; monthly costs $1,788. Most healthy adults tracking ApoB, HbA1c or vitamin D do not need monthly results. You can change cadence from your account.
• Use Ultimate 360 once, not every time. At $274 a test it is the best value per marker, but running it every quarter costs $1,096 a year. One Ultimate 360 plus three core panels is $721.
• Skip recurring add-ons you only need once. A $45 CBC or $50 add-on pack repeats on every kit until you remove it. Add it for one cycle, then take it off.
• Buy a one-off kit if you only want one test. Core panels are $149 in the shop with no subscription, and the 12-marker Lp(a), kidney and liver panel is $85. No renewal to cancel.
• Cancel before the renewal date if you are done. Kits that have shipped are not refundable, so a missed cancellation costs a full $149.
