Quick answer
What does SiPhox test for? Heart, metabolic, inflammation, thyroid, hormone, nutrient, liver and kidney markers, depending on the panel you pick. Every SiPhox membership test includes one panel, and you can switch each time. The four core panels are included in the $124 price (plus $25 shipping): Longevity Essentials (31 biomarkers), Heart & Metabolic (28), Thyroid Focus (21) and Hormone Focus (14). GLP Optimization (40+ markers) costs $75 more per test and Ultimate 360 (62) costs $125 more. Counts include calculated ratios and a few sex-specific markers. All panels use the needle-free EasyDraw upper-arm device.

SiPhox panel pages, checked 29 Sep 2026. Counts include calculated ratios. GLP Optimization is advertised as "40+" with 46 listed; Ultimate 360 is 52 in Canada.
Our arithmetic from prices checked 29 Sep 2026: $149 per core panel, $224 for GLP and $274 for Ultimate 360 (all with $25 US shipping), divided by markers per test.
The two charts pull in opposite directions. Hormone Focus is the smallest panel and the most expensive per marker, at $10.64, because it costs the same $149 as the 31-marker Longevity Essentials. Ultimate 360 is the cheapest per marker at $4.42, but it is $125 more per test. If you want hormones anyway, Longevity Essentials gives men testosterone, free testosterone and SHBG, and women estradiol, FSH and LH, at less than half the cost per marker.
SiPhox Longevity Essentials: 31 biomarkers
The default panel and the one most members start with. It covers the heart markers most routine checkups skip, ApoB and Lp(a), alongside HbA1c, hs-CRP, TSH, vitamin D and ferritin. Hormones differ by sex: men get total and free testosterone and SHBG; women get sensitive estradiol, FSH and LH. The list below has 33 entries because of those sex-specific markers.

SiPhox Hormone Focus: 14 biomarkers
The sex-hormone panel for men and women. It is the only core panel with progesterone, prolactin, PSA (men) and the free androgen index, and the only way to get estradiol for men without Ultimate 360. SiPhox reports 14 markers per test, and lists more across both sexes. It has no heart, metabolic or thyroid markers beyond albumin and cortisol, so most people rotate it with Longevity Essentials. See at-home testosterone test.
| Area | Listed | Biomarkers |
|---|---|---|
| Hormones | 13 | Total testosterone, Free testosterone (calculated), % free testosterone, SHBG, Estradiol (sensitive), Progesterone, LH, FSH, LH:FSH ratio, Prolactin, DHEA-S, Free androgen index, Cortisol:DHEA-S ratio |

SiPhox Ultimate 360: 62 biomarkers
Everything on the four core panels in one test, plus iron studies (iron, TIBC, UIBC, saturation), vitamin B12, folate, GGT and PSA. It costs $125 more per test ($274 with shipping). Reviewers say it needs several EasyDraw devices, so set aside more time for collection. Ultimate 360 is the closest SiPhox gets to a full body blood test.

Say you join in January on a quarterly cadence and switch panels at each renewal. January: Longevity Essentials, $124 with the new-member price. April: Heart & Metabolic, $149. July: Thyroid Focus, $149. October: Hormone Focus, $149. Year one costs $571 and returns 31 + 28 + 21 + 14 = 94 results, with ApoB and Lp(a) twice, kidney and liver once, a full thyroid workup once and a full sex-hormone panel once. Ultimate 360 every quarter would return 248 results for $1,096, and a single Ultimate 360 covers nearly everything in the rotation for $274, but only as one snapshot.
A common pattern: Ultimate 360 once a year and Longevity Essentials the other three quarters, for $721 a year. For men and women specifically, see at-home blood test for men and for women.

What SiPhox does not test
None of the current EasyDraw panels include:
- Fasting insulin and HOMA-IR. SiPhox uses C-peptide, HbA1c and the triglyceride:HDL ratio instead. See HOMA-IR.
- Glucose. Capillary glucose tends to read high and falls during shipping, so SiPhox relies on HbA1c.
- Homocysteine and cystatin C. Both appeared on older finger-prick panels and are still listed on SiPhox's legacy pages, which causes confusion.
- AMH, the ovarian reserve marker.
- Omega-3 index and magnesium.
- Electrolytes and calcium (sodium, potassium, chloride, carbon dioxide, calcium).
- Platelets and a white cell differential, even with the CBC add-on as listed.
If you need any of these, a lab-draw service may fit better; compare SiPhox vs Function Health.
Why the counts differ across SiPhox pages
SiPhox's own pages disagree. Ultimate 360 is listed as 60 biomarkers in the FAQ, 62 on the panel page and 65 on the partner page (and 52 in Canada). An April 2026 SiPhox article gives older counts: Longevity 29, Heart 26. We use the per-test counts on the panel pages as of September 29, 2026, and the lists above are the markers SiPhox shows for each panel. Counts also include calculated values such as the ApoB:ApoA1 ratio, estimated average glucose and calculated LDL, which are derived from other results rather than measured separately. Our SiPhox review covers accuracy, turnaround and complaints.
Frequently asked questions
What does SiPhox test for?
Depending on the panel: heart (ApoB, Lp(a), lipids), metabolic (HbA1c, C-peptide), inflammation (hs-CRP), thyroid, sex hormones, cortisol, nutrients (vitamin D, ferritin, B12, iron), liver, kidney and PSA. Core panels cover 14 to 31 markers; Ultimate 360 covers 62.
What is included in SiPhox Ultimate 360?
62 biomarkers per test in the US: everything on the four core panels plus iron studies, vitamin B12, folate, GGT and PSA. It costs $125 more per test, $274 with shipping.
What is the difference between SiPhox Longevity Essentials and Heart & Metabolic?
Longevity Essentials (31) includes hormones, vitamin D, ferritin, ApoA1 and the ApoB ratios. Heart & Metabolic (28) drops those and adds kidney (eGFR, creatinine, BUN) and liver (ALT, AST, ALP, bilirubin) markers.
Does SiPhox test fasting insulin?
No. Current EasyDraw panels measure C-peptide, HbA1c and the triglyceride:HDL ratio instead of fasting insulin or HOMA-IR.
Can I switch SiPhox panels?
Yes. Each membership test includes one panel, and you can switch between the four core panels, or upgrade to GLP Optimization or Ultimate 360, before each test.
Does SiPhox Hormone Focus include PSA?
Yes, for men. Hormone Focus and Ultimate 360 are the only SiPhox panels that include PSA.
