What the matrix shows
Every service covers the core. 1 markers appear on every panel and service in the table: Cortisol. If those are all you need, pick on price, convenience and how often you want to test, not on the marker list.
The differences are in the second tier. Lp(a), the inherited cholesterol particle most people only need to test once, is on three SiPhox panels, Function Health and Everlywell 360, but costs $79 extra at Superpower and is missing from InsideTracker's list. Thyroid antibodies are on SiPhox Thyroid Focus and Ultimate 360, Function Health and Everlywell 360, and cost $99 extra at Superpower. Female cycle hormones (LH, FSH) are on SiPhox's Longevity, Hormone and Ultimate panels, Function Health and Everlywell 360 (women only), and not on Superpower's base panel or InsideTracker's list.
Where SiPhox is unique here: ApoA1, C-peptide. C-peptide shows how much insulin your pancreas makes, and ApoA1 is the protein on HDL particles; see our guides to C-peptide and ApoA1.
What no SiPhox panel measures: Fasting glucose (measured), Fasting insulin, Uric acid, Homocysteine, Magnesium, Omega-3, Cystatin C, White cells and platelets (full CBC). SiPhox's estimated average glucose is calculated from HbA1c, not measured, and a full blood count is a separate $45 add-on. If fasting insulin, homocysteine or a full blood count matter to you, a lab-draw membership covers them: Function Health lists 160+ tests a year for $365, Superpower 150+ for $349.
Single-panel coverage is not the whole story. SiPhox lets you switch between its four core panels every testing cycle at no extra cost, so over a year of quarterly tests you can cover every marker on Longevity Essentials, Heart & Metabolic, Thyroid Focus and Hormone Focus. Lab-draw memberships include two draws a year, and Function Health tests some markers (ApoB, Lp(a), thyroid, hormones) only once. The cost per biomarker calculator puts those differences in dollars.
How we built it
- SiPhox columns are generated from each panel's published biomarker list on siphoxhealth.com (the same data behind our SiPhox cost guide). "Men" or "Women" means SiPhox reports that marker for one sex only on that panel. Calculated ratios are not counted as separate markers here.
- Function Health from its "what we test" page. Function reports B12 status through methylmalonic acid (MMA), so B12 shows "MMA only".
- Superpower from its baseline membership panel. Markers that appear on Superpower's wider "what we test" list but not in the baseline panel show "Other panel"; priced add-ons show the price we found.
- InsideTracker from its published list of 48 biomarkers, dated June 2024, which does not split markers by plan. Estradiol and progesterone are a checkout option for people who select female.
- Everlywell 360 from its 83-biomarker list. Sex-specific markers (estradiol, LH and FSH for women, PSA for men) are marked.
- "?" means the company's list did not let us confirm the cell either way. We never fill a gap with a guess.

Which at-home blood test covers the most biomarkers?
Among SiPhox panels, Ultimate 360 covers the most: 62 biomarkers per test. Across services, Function Health (160+ a year) and Superpower (150+ a year) list more, but both use a venous draw at a lab rather than an at-home kit.
Which services test ApoB and Lp(a)?
ApoB: SiPhox (Longevity Essentials, Heart & Metabolic, Ultimate 360), Function Health, Superpower and InsideTracker. Lp(a): SiPhox (same three panels), Function Health and Everlywell 360; Superpower sells it as a $79 add-on and InsideTracker does not list it.
What does a "?" in the matrix mean?
We could not confirm from the company's own published list whether it measures that marker. We do not guess: a "?" stays until we can verify it.
