SiPhox vs Everlywell: the short answer

Everlywell is two products, and SiPhox beats one of them. Everlywell's single kits are finger-prick tests for one topic: cholesterol and lipids for $49 (4 markers), thyroid for $149, men's or women's health for $249. Everlywell 360 is a $399 yearly membership for one 83-biomarker venous draw at a Quest lab. SiPhox Health sits between them: $124 plus $25 shipping ($149) for 31 biomarkers on Longevity Essentials, collected at home on the upper arm with no needle.

Against Everlywell's single kits, SiPhox gives far more per dollar ($4.81 per result against $12.25 for the $49 lipid kit) and includes ApoB, Lp(a) and hs-CRP. Against Everlywell 360, the cost per result is the same ($4.81), 360 covers more ground once a year, and SiPhox wins on home collection, retesting and ApoB, which 360 does not list. If all you want is a basic lipid panel, Everlywell's $49 kit is the cheapest route; it measures total cholesterol, HDL, calculated LDL and triglycerides. If you want thyroid, SiPhox's $149 Thyroid Focus kit measures 21 markers (TSH, free T3, free T4, both thyroid antibodies, plus lipids, ferritin and more) against 4 on Everlywell's $149 thyroid kit. Everlywell 360 is the one to beat for a single yearly lab panel. Worked examples: what a year costs

Everlywell is cheapest when you need very little, and SiPhox pulls ahead as soon as you want more than a basic lipid panel. Three hypothetical readers, priced with figures read on September 29, 2026:

Biomarker overlap

Everlywell 360 covers ground SiPhox's panels do not: fasting insulin, homocysteine, a full blood count, magnesium, zinc, electrolytes, ANA, uric acid and a full urinalysis. For men it includes PSA with free PSA; for women, AMH, estradiol, FSH and LH.

SiPhox covers markers Everlywell 360 does not list: ApoB, ApoA1, SHBG, free testosterone, C-peptide, prolactin, progesterone and folate. ApoB is the notable gap: it is the only heart marker in the table below that Everlywell 360 does not list, and it is on every SiPhox heart panel.

Collection and convenience

• Everlywell single kits: a finger prick with a lancet, a small card or tube, and prepaid return shipping. Some kits need an 8-hour fast.
• Everlywell 360: a standard venous draw at a Quest location you book online.
• SiPhox: the EasyDraw upper-arm device, which collects a larger capillary sample in up to 5 minutes without a finger prick. It ships back cold and overnight from a staffed FedEx location, Monday to Thursday. See the EasyDraw guide.

Finger-prick cards hold only a few drops, which is why Everlywell's home kits measure 4 or so markers each. The arm device is what lets SiPhox run 14 to 62 markers from home.

Turnaround and clinician access

Everlywell single kits come with physician-reviewed results "in a few days" after the lab receives them, and its care team contacts you if a result is out of range. Everlywell 360 includes a clinician-reviewed Care Plan, a biological age and a WellScore; the 360 page does not state a turnaround. SiPhox gives results 7 to 10 days after the lab receives the sample, with no clinician review unless you add the $50 results review. On clinician access, Everlywell wins.

SiPhox serves every US state except New York and Hawaii, plus Canada. Everlywell says product availability varies by state and does not publish one exclusion list on the pages we checked, so confirm your state at checkout.

What customers complain about

Everlywell had 2.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 539 reviews on September 29, 2026: 46% five-star and 35% one-star, the weakest score of the services we cover. Recent complaints: no phone number for support, kits that expired before registration with no refund, slow lab processing, and a frustrating kit registration process.
